We apply the ADKAR change management model at all levels of our process management and reengineering work to ensure that changes happen in the most harmonious manner in order to maximise the benefits of our work.

For there to be positive change, the first step is to review the rules of the game and to bring in an outside voice. If change for the better is truly desired, our list of trusted partners in legislative review and policy modernisation will provide the opportunity to set a solid foundation to the upcoming infrastructural changes.

Process management & re-engineering

Systems procurement and implementation are often seen as the goal, but the real challenge lies in identifying what’s truly needed. Process reviews help uncover potential efficiency gains that systems can deliver. Change management is essential but delicate. By applying the ADKAR model—Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement—with nuance and common sense, we effectively mitigate both internal and external resistance.

Systems requirements

Once the rules of the game are set and the client’s needs are set out, we begin designing whatever system that will handle our client’s needs. We have experience in designing systems in Public Financial Management, market finance, and even the video game industry. Our preference is to work according to the principles of agile development, where our client gets to touch the system as it is being built and requirements are developed iteratively.
